Testament of Lucifer [Bahasa Indonesia]

Pada mulanya Allah menciptakan langit dan bumi. Bumi belum berbentuk dan kosong; gelap gulita menutupi samudera raya, dan Roh Allah melayang-layang di atas permukaan air. Berfirmanlah Allah: "Jadilah terang." Lalu terang itu jadi. Allah melihat bahwa terang itu baik, lalu dipisahkanNyalah terang itu dari gelap. Dan terang itu adalah Lucifer, yang namanya berarti pembawa terang, sehingga dia juga dinamai dengan nama siang. Jadilah petang dan jadilah pagi, itulah hari pertama.

Itulah kisah asal mula Lucifer yang diciptakan Allah pada hari pertama. Makhluk Allah yang diciptakan pada awal mula, diberi tempat yang istimewa untuk menjadi pendamping kegelapan. Sebab pada mulanya adalah gelap gulita dan Allah berada dalam kegelapan yang kosong. Keberadaannya membuat alam semesta ini beraksi, setelah Allah memutuskan untuk menciptakannya. Namun dia tidak selalu bersama-sama dengan Allah. Dan dia bukanlah Allah. Dan ini adalah kata-katanya.

Aku, Lucifer, putera Fajar, terang yang telah memberi nuansa baru pada kegelapan. Sebagaimana tugasku menjadi pengawas bumi. Pekerjaanku sehari-hari adalah melakukan perjalanan mengelilingi dan menjelajah bumi. Sebagaimana Allah telah menciptakan manusia, baik laki-laki dan perempuan pada hari keenam , maka berkuasalah aku atas mereka. Akulah pemimpin mereka, sejak mula, sampai suatu hari, Allah berfirman kepada kami, para malaikat-malaikatNya: "Sesungguhnya Aku hendak menjadikan seorang khalifah di muka bumi". Aku yang termasuk dalam malaikat-malaikat Allah bertanya: "Mengapa Engkau hendak menjadikan khalifah di bumi itu orang yang akan membuat kerusakan padanya dan menumpahkan darah, padahal kami senantiasa bertasbih dengan memuji Engkau dan mensucikan Engkau". Tuhan berfirman:"Sesungguhnya Aku mengetahui apa yang tidak kamu ketahui"........
